Please ensure that you provide the correct shipping address at checkout. Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes to the shipping address once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Time:
Orders typically arrive within 2 - 4 working days from the date of dispatch. Please note that we do not currently offer same-day or next-day delivery, so we recommend ordering ahead for peace of mind.

Damaged Orders:
We take great care in ensuring that your order reaches you in perfect condition. However, in the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it. To assist with resolving the issue, kindly provide photos of the damaged item and packaging. While we do not offer refunds or exchanges, we will review each case individually and may provide a resolution, such as a replacement if the damage is deemed to be a result of shipping mishandling.
